Tips For Your Interview
- Dress appropriately and professionally for your interview
- Arrive 15 minutes early for your scheduled interview
- Be prepared to speak about your extracurricular activities, schedule, and why you are interested in the job

What To Bring With You To Your Scheduled Interview
- Picture ID card (such as School ID, Driver's License, or US Passport)

- Drug Test & Background Check Information

The safety of our guests and our employees is of the utmost priority at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. If an offer is extended, each prospective employee age 18+ will be required to complete the necessary steps for a background check. Instructions for how to complete will be sent via email. The background check must be completed within 4 business days of receiving the email. If an offer is extended and your position requires a drug test, this will be completed at the interview session. The drug test must be completed within 4 business days of the offer. To complete the drug test at the interview session you will be required to provide the following:
- Minor Agreement Form signed by a parent (Ages 14-17)
- Photo ID / Social Security card
- How To Reschedule An Interview
