Earn 10,000 points every day you scan your pass and enter the Park for the first time that day!

Scan your pass to enter the Park on a designated Bonus Day to earn up to 2x Park Entry Points.

- Who can participate and earn points?
- Subject to the Loyalty Challenge Terms and Conditions, individuals who have a valid 2023 Hersheypark Season Pass of value, including Bite Size, Full Size and King Size Season Passes, or 2023/2024 Full Size+, King Size+, or Giant Size+ Season Passes, are eligible to participate in this Loyalty Challenge. Participants can earn points and up to 6 prizes between September 15 through October 29.
- How do I track my points?
- All participants have to do is visit the Park! The initial valid scan of the Season Pass(es) to enter the Park is all that is needed to earn points and complete Challenges. Points can be tracked via a participant's HPGO account in the Hersheypark app.
- How do I set up an HPGO account?
- Make sure your HPGO account is set up in the Hersheypark app before the Loyalty Challenge begins! Easily track points, completed challenges, and unlocked levels, all conveniently from your phone. Please download the Hersheypark app and click HPGO account. You can then create your account and link to your Season Pass ID. Please note this is different from your Self Service Account, but you can use the same email and password. An HPGO account is also how you can create a Digital Season Pass and add it to your Apple Wallet. Please see our set up guide.
- How do I get my prizes?
- Participants will be notified that they have received a prize via the email address associated with the applicable Season Pass. Hersheypark must have a valid email address for Loyalty Challenge participants. By November 5, details about earned points and prizes will be sent via email to the email address associated with the applicable Season Pass(es). To provide a different email address to be used in connection with a particular Season Pass, please visit Ticketing Services located near the main entrance to Hersheypark or by calling (717) 534-3900. The information provided will only be used for the purposes of the Loyalty Challenge and as otherwise expressly agreed to by participants, subject to HE&R’s privacy policy.
