How To Redeem Your Points
Scan Your Pass
For Prize Levels 1 and 3
Pass Holders who unlocked these prize levels can simply scan their Pass at participating locations to redeem.
Check Your Email
For Prize Levels 2, 4, and 5
Pass Holders who unlocked these prize levels will receive an email with each prize voucher. Emails will be sent starting September 9.
Prize Levels
The timeframe to earn points with each visit has ended. Prize levels 1 and 3 will be added to a valid Season Pass while prize levels 2, 4, and 5 will be emailed to the address on file beginning September 9. - Who can participate and earn points?
- Subject to the Season Pass Holders Loyalty Challenge Terms and Conditions, individuals who have a valid 2024 Hersheypark Season Pass of value, including Bite Size, Full Size, King Size, and Giant Size Season Pass Holders are eligible to participate. Pre-K Season Pass Holders are not eligible to participate.
- How do I earn and track my points?
- Simply visit Hersheypark to earn points! The initial valid scan of your Season Pass(es) to enter the Park is all that is needed to earn points and complete Challenges. Points can be tracked via your HPGO account in the Hersheypark app.
- How do I set up an HPGO account?
- Make sure your HPGO account is set up in the Hersheypark app before the Loyalty Challenge begins! Easily track points, completed challenges, and unlocked levels, all conveniently from your phone. Please download the Hersheypark app and click HPGO account. You can then create your account and link to your Season Pass ID. Please note this is different from your Self Service Account, but you can use the same email and password. An HPGO account is also how you can create a Digital Season Pass and add to your Apple Wallet. Please see our set up guide.
- How do I get my prizes?
- Participants will be notified that they have received a prize via the email address associated with the applicable Season Pass(es). Hersheypark must have a valid email address for Loyalty Challenge participants. Starting on September 6, details about earned points and prizes will be sent via email to the email address associated with the applicable Season Pass(es). To provide a different email address to be used in connection with a particular Season Pass, please visit Ticketing Services located near the main entrance to Hersheypark or call (717) 534-3900. The information provided will only be used for the purposes of the Loyalty Challenge and as otherwise expressly agreed to by participants, subject to HE&R’s privacy policy.
