2027 Season Pass Terms & Conditions

Bite Size, Full Size, King Size & Giant Size: Valid January 1, 2027 - January 2, 2028

• Bite Size, Full Size, King Size and Giant Size Season Pass Holders receive unlimited admission to Hersheypark and use of rides and available entertainment during the Hersheypark 2027 regular public Summer operating season and the Hersheypark Spring Weekends™, Hersheypark Halloween™, and Hersheypark Christmas Candylane® seasons. Rides and entertainment subject to availability. Not valid for private parties.
• Guests who purchase a new 2027 Full Size, King Size or Giant Size Season Pass receive unlimited admission to Hersheypark and use of rides and available entertainment during regular public operating hours for the remainder of the 2026 season, beginning on the date of purchase through January 3, 2027. During this 2026 bonus period, all such qualifying new Season Pass Holders will receive the benefits and additional perks associated with a Full Size type Pass, regardless of the 2027 Season Pass type purchased. Rides and entertainment subject to availability. Not valid for private parties.  
• Full Size, King Size and Giant Size Season Pass Holders receive complimentary parking at Hersheypark during the 2027 regular public Summer operating season (May-Sept.) and the Hersheypark Spring Weekends, Hersheypark Halloween, and Hersheypark Christmas Candylane seasons (upon presentation of your digital Season Pass). Season Pass Holder parking based on availability. Not valid for GIANT Center℠ arena or Hershey’s Chocolate World Attraction parking. If you forget your Season Pass, you will be required to pay the daily parking charge. All parking is at the discretion of Security.
• Bite Size Season Pass Holders receive 50% OFF general parking at Hersheypark during the 2027 regular public Summer operating season (May-Sept.) and the Hersheypark Spring Weekends, Hersheypark Halloween, and Hersheypark Christmas Candylane seasons (upon presentation of your Season Pass). Bite Size Season Pass Holders must log in to the Season Pass Portal to pre-purchase their discounted parking tickets and present the parking voucher upon arrival to parking booths. Not valid for GIANT Center or Hershey’s Chocolate World Attraction parking. If you forget your Season Pass and 50% OFF parking voucher, you will be required to pay the daily parking charge. All parking is at the discretion of Security.
• Bite Size, Full Size, King Size and Giant Size Season Pass Holders receive unlimited visits to ZooAmerica® North American Wildlife Park during the 2027 public operating calendar, Jan.-Dec. (please remember that entrance to Hersheypark via the ZooAmerica bridge is not permitted). Valid for entry into the Creatures Of The Night® activity.
• Bite Size Season Pass Holders receive 5% off food and merchandise (non-sale items) at Hersheypark and ZooAmerica at all locations excluding free standing carts or strolling vendors. Must show valid 2027 Hersheypark Season Pass at time of purchase.
• Full Size, King Size and Giant Size Season Pass Holders receive 15% off food and merchandise (non-sale items) at Hersheypark and ZooAmerica at all locations excluding free standing carts or strolling vendors. Must show valid 2027 Hersheypark Season Pass at time of purchase.
• Full Size, King Size and Giant Size Season Pass Holders are eligible to secure a Season Pass Games Card which provides 15% off all games. Must show valid 2027 Hersheypark Season Pass at time of purchase.
• With the Hersheypark Sweet Start® program, Full Size, King Size and Giant Size Season Pass Holders can start the day before the gates officially open, with up to one (1) hour early admittance to a select footprint within Hersheypark. Sweet Start is available Memorial Day Weekend through September 6, 2027. Sweet Start is not available for Bite Size Season Pass Holders, guests, Hersheypark Spring Weekends, Hersheypark Halloween, or Hersheypark Christmas Candylane.
• Full Size, King Size and Giant Size Season Pass Holders receive priority booking on private cabanas available in The Boardwalk At Hersheypark® region, subject to availability and additional charges. The Boardwalk At Hersheypark is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Bite Size, Full Size, King Size and Giant Size Season Pass Holders receive exclusive Season Pass Holder emails with special offers and insider tips.
• Full Size Season Pass Holders can purchase and save up to 25% on up to twenty (20) Hersheypark 1-Day tickets for friends and family. The Season Pass Holder must log in to the Season Pass Portal to purchase discounted tickets.
• King Size Season Pass Holders can purchase and save up to 35% on up to twenty (20) Hersheypark 1-Day tickets for friends and family. The Season Pass Holder must log in to the Season Pass Portal to purchase discounted tickets.
• Giant Size Season Pass Holders can purchase and save up to 45% on up to twenty (20) Hersheypark 1-Day tickets for friends and family. The Season Pass Holder must log in to the Self-Service Account to purchase discounted tickets.
• Full Size and King Size Season Pass Holders are eligible for one (1) Pre-K Pass. Pre-K Pass allows one child born on or after January 1, 2022 unlimited admission to Hersheypark during the regular public Summer operating season (May-September), Hersheypark Spring Weekends, Hersheypark Halloween, and Hersheypark Christmas Candylane. The Season Pass Holder must log in to the Season Pass Portal to redeem.
• Giant Size Season Pass Holders are eligible for two (2) Pre-K Passes. A Pre-K Pass allows one child born on or after January 1, 2022 unlimited admission to Hersheypark during the regular public Summer operating season (May-September), Hersheypark Spring Weekends, Hersheypark Halloween, and Hersheypark Christmas Candylane. The Season Pass Holder must log in to the Season Pass Portal to redeem.
• Full Size, King Size and Giant Size Season Pass Holders enjoy special monthly discounts, offers, and sweet rewards throughout the year. Rewards are communicated via email at the beginning of each month and are available to view via the online Rewards & Events calendar at https://www.hersheypark.com/tickets-and-passes/season-pass-holders/reward-calendar.
• King Size and Giant Size Season Pass Holders enjoy a FREE All-Year Drink Plan which includes a FREE Season Pass Holder cup, plus FREE refills on fountain drinks and slush all year long. During Hersheypark Christmas Candylane, these Season Pass Holders can enjoy FREE refills on hot chocolate and coffee.
• King Size Season Pass Holders receive two (2) FREE 1-Day tickets valid during the 2027 public operating season.
• Giant Size Season Pass Holders receive three (3) FREE 1-Day tickets valid during the 2027 public operating season.

• Hersheypark may limit the quantity or terminate the sale of Season Passes and Season Pass types, and a Season Pass type may not be available for purchase or renewal from time to time or at any given time, as solely determined by Hersheypark.

• All Season Pass Holders must have a valid digital photo associated with their Season Pass. Failure to do so may result in the Season Pass Holder being denied access to Hersheypark.

• To enter Hersheypark, each Season Pass Holder must present their Season Pass at the entrance using any available ticket gate. Each visit is subject to applicable Hersheypark rules, policies, procedures, and restrictions established from time to time by Hersheypark in its sole discretion.
• Season Passes may be used only by the person whose photo is attached to the Season Pass.
• Any attempt to gain admission using a Season Pass by a guest whom the Season Pass was not originally issued will result in immediate revocation of the Season Pass without refund and may lead to additional action deemed necessary by HE&R.

• Season Passes can be upgraded, subject to availability as solely determined by Hersheypark. The difference in the prices must be paid in full at time of the upgrade. Downgrades to Season Passes are not permitted.

• There is a non-refundable duplicate or replacement fee of $10 for any Season Pass that is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed upon presentation of receipt and verification from the holder. The duplicate or replacement pass must be obtained at the Hersheypark Ticketing Building. Valid ID required.

• 2027 Season Passes are valid for applicable benefits starting on January 1, 2027, or the date of Season Pass purchase (whichever is later) and expire on January 2, 2028. New 2027 Full Size, King Size and Giant Size Season Passes include bonus access and applicable benefits for the remainder of the 2026 public operating season, effective immediately on the date of purchase.
• Season Pass Holders must abide by all rules, policies, procedures, and restrictions applicable to HE&R, Hersheypark, and to the use of the Season Passes, including, without limitation, HE&R Policies and Guest Expectations and all Hersheypark attraction rules and requirements.
• Hersheypark reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or revoke any Season Pass or deny admission, prevent entry, or require a Season Pass Holder already admitted to leave Hersheypark at any time for any reason, including without limitation, violations of any applicable HE&R and Hersheypark policies, rules, procedures, and restrictions. While a Season Pass is suspended, Hersheypark may deny admission to Hersheypark as well as any or all corresponding Season Pass benefits.
• Add-ons (such as the All-Summer Dining Plan, All-Year Drink Plan, or All-Year Photo Pass) added to a Season Pass are only valid for redemption exclusively by the registered Pass Holder. Once Add-Ons are linked to a Season Pass, they are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not valid for cash. Add-ons may be changed or canceled at any time by Hersheypark.
• A Season Pass Holder assumes all inherent risks associated with all rides and attractions and must follow all safety signage, warnings, instructions, and rules.
• Hersheypark and the dining locations, attractions, entertainment, products, services, and other offerings may be modified or limited in capacity or availability, and are subject to change, closure, cancellation, and discontinuance without notice as a result of weather, availability, renovations, seasonal considerations, low demand, government or other authority guidance or order (such as pandemic/epidemic restrictions and recommendations), special events, or any other reason without liability to Hersheypark or HE&R; and are not guaranteed. No refunds or credit given for any such changes or cancellations.
• Your Season Pass is a non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, revocable license. Season Passes may not be redeemed for cash or used for commercial purposes and are void if altered or misused. 
• Complimentary tickets, vouchers, guest passes, special offers, and promotional coupons issued as part of Season Pass benefits are strictly prohibited from being offered for sale, resold, or auctioned through any channel, including online marketplaces or social media. Actual or attempted sale or resale of any Season Pass benefit constitutes a breach of  these terms and conditions. Any violation may result in the immediate and permanent revocation of the Season Pass and all associated privileges, without notice, eligibility for a refund, or monetary compensation. All such applicable complimentary Season Pass benefits will be rendered null and void.
• Entry into Hersheypark constitutes consent for Hersheypark and HE&R to use any film, video, or reproduction of the image and/or voice of a Season Pass Holder for any purpose whatsoever without any payment to the Season Pass Holder. Season Pass Holders consent, grant the following right(s), and agree to the following: THE UNRESTRICTED, ROYALTY-FREE USE OF THE SEASON PASS HOLDER’S NAME, IMAGE, AND/OR LIKENESS BY HE&R AND ITS AFFILIATED AND RELATED ENTITIES, AND EACH OF THEIR ASSIGNS, IN ANY RECORDED AUDIO, VIDEO, AND/OR PHOTOGRAPHIC DISPLAY OR OTHER TRANSMISSION OR REPRODUCTION FOR USE IN ANY MEDIA (NOW EXISTING OR HEREINAFTER CREATED), IN WHOLE OR IN PART, IN PERPETUITY AND THROUGHOUT THE WORLD. Hersheypark and HE&R may use such materials for any purpose including entry into Hersheypark, marketing, promotions, on social media, live streaming, for safety and security, and for legal, criminal, or other investigations, without payment or consideration to any person. 
• HE&R shall have the right, at any time, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions.

• Change of address information may be mailed to Hersheypark Ticketing; 100 W. Hersheypark Drive, Hershey, PA 17033. Season Pass Holders can also update their address by visiting Ticketing Services. Be sure to identify yourself as a Season Pass Holder and provide your Season Pass number.

• This provision is intended to be interpreted broadly to encompass all disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions and the purchase and/or use of a Season Pass (collectively, “Season Pass Disputes”). For all Season Pass Disputes, Season Pass Holders and Season Pass Holders’ parents or legal guardians, if applicable, agree to first send a written description of their dispute to Hersheypark via the Contact Form to allow HE&R an opportunity to resolve the Season Pass Dispute. Season Pass Holders and HE&R each agree to negotiate the Season Pass Dispute in good faith. If the Season Pass Dispute cannot be resolved within sixty (60) days, HE&R reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require that the Season Pass Dispute  be submitted to final and binding arbitration administered by an arbitration provider selected by HE&R, in accordance with the provider’s applicable rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of purchasing and/or using a Season Pass, Season Pass Holders agree under no circumstances will they be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than Season Pass Holder’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., costs of purchasing the Season Pass), and Season Pass Holders further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

• Season Pass Holders acknowledge that they are waiving the right to file a lawsuit and the right to a jury trial. Season Pass Holders also agree that any and all disputes must be brought in the parties’ individual capacities. Accordingly, Season Pass Holders agree to waive any right to litigate or arbitrate any claims as a class action or other representative or collective action.
