For Prize Levels 1, 3, 6, 8, and 9, you will receive an email with the redemption information. All other prizes can be redeemed by scanning your Season Pass at the corresponding location inside Hersheypark.

FAQ’s
Subject to the Hersheypark Season Pass Holder Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, individuals who have a valid 2025 Hersheypark Season Pass of value, including Bite Size, Snack Size, Full Size, King Size, and Giant Size Season Passes, are eligible to participate. Pre-K Season Pass Holders and Summer Fun Card Holders are not eligible to participate.
Simply visit Hersheypark to earn points! The initial valid scan of your Season Pass to enter the Park is all that is needed to earn points and complete Challenges. Accumulated Jump Start Entry Points and completed Challenges will be revealed on July 22 when the official tracking of the Loyalty Challenge starts. Then, newly earned Points can be tracked via your HPGO account in the Hersheypark app for the rest of the Loyalty Challenge.
Make sure your HPGO account is set up in the Hersheypark app for the Loyalty Challenge! Easily track points, completed challenges, and unlocked levels, all conveniently from your phone. Please download the Hersheypark app and click HPGO account. You can then create your account and link to your Season Pass ID. Please note this is different from your Season Pass Portal, but you can use the same email and password. An HPGO account is also how you can create a Digital Season Pass and add it to your mobile wallet. Please see our setup guide.
Participants will be notified that they have received a prize via the email address associated with the applicable Season Pass. Hersheypark must have a valid email address for Loyalty Challenge participants. By September 12th details about earned points and prizes will be sent via email to the email address associated with the applicable Season Pass. To provide a different email address to be used in connection with a particular Season Pass, please visit Ticketing Services located near the main entrance to Hersheypark or call (717) 534-3900. The information provided will only be used for the purposes of the Loyalty Challenge and as otherwise expressly agreed to by participants, subject to HE&R’s privacy policy.
