Hersheypark to Hold Fall Weekend November 8 and 9, 2025

Hersheypark amusement park is open for an extra weekend of Hersheypark Happy between seasons on Nov. 8-9, 2025, from 12-8 p.m. It's not Halloween, and it's not Christmas, but there are still plenty of thrills to be had on select rides and coasters. 

Follow along for a breakdown of what you need to know if you're planning to visit the largest amusement park in Pennsylvania during Fall Weekend 2025.

Enjoy Extra Thrills on Select Rides and Coasters

More than 40 rides, including seven coasters, are slated to be open on Nov. 8-9, weather and maintenance permitting. Guests can enjoy extra thrills on Candymonium, Wildcat's Revenge, sooperdooperLooper, the new-for-2025 Twizzlers Twisted Gravity Screamin' Swing and more.

See the Animals

ZooAmerica North American Wildlife Park is open from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 8-9. Entrance to the 11-acre Zoo is included in the one-price admission to Hersheypark when guests enter via the bridge in the Kissing Tower Hill region during posted Park hours.

Guests can also attend the Our Friends from the Sea show, featuring California sea lions and Atlantic harbor seals, in the Aquatheatre inside Hersheypark. The show is offered both days of Fall Weekend at 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., followed by the add-on Fish Feed and Photo programs. 

For animal lovers interested in getting up close and personal with the mammals, the Touch & Feed program is offered at 3 p.m. for $125 per person. Participants have the opportunity to feed and give a back rub to one of the seals or sea lions, take a commemorative photo, tour off-exhibit areas and receive preferred seating for the show.

Grab a Bite to Eat

Guests can grab a bite to eat at select dining locations throughout the Park, including 1906 Grill, 8-Cut Crust, Chickie's & Pete's Overlook Food Court, Philly Cheesesteak Co. on the roll and more. 

Those looking to satisfy their sweet tooth can enjoy King Size Shakes, funnel cakes and a wide variety of other treats from Simply Chocolate, Milton's Ice Cream Parlor and more.

Enjoy a Meal at The Chocolatier

The Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio is open daily, including both Fall Weekend days and provides a break from the hustle and bustle of Hersheypark with a Fun To Table meal. Enjoy classics like the Ferris Wheel Sampler and the Chocolatetown Burger, or try the fall flavors of the latest seasonal menu. Add in a signature dessert or a unique cocktail (for guests ages 21 and older) for the perfect lunch or dinner!

Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made online. 

Meet the Characters

Hersheypark is the only amusement park in the world where guests can snap a selfie with Hershey candy characters. During Fall Weekend, select Character meet and greets will take place at Hersh’s Hangout from 12:30-7:15 p.m. 

Save on Tickets

There's still plenty of time to experience sweet thrills this year at Hersheypark! Guests can save more than 45 percent during our Christmas Candylane Pre-Sale. Tickets purchased through the Pre-Sale are valid on any public operating day from Nov. 8, 2025, through Jan. 4, 2026, which includes Fall Weekend.
