Hersheypark Christmas Candylane and Hershey Sweet Lights Now Open

It’s a tell-tale sign that the most wonderful time of the year is here when Santa and all nine of his reindeer have arrived at Hersheypark for the start of Hersheypark Christmas Candylane. The seasonal event at the largest amusement park in Pennsylvania kicks off tonight, Nov. 14, 2025, from 5-9 p.m. and runs on select dates and all weekends through Jan. 4, 2026. 

The separately ticketed Hershey Sweet Lights presented by PPL drive-through attraction, featuring more than 500 light displays, also opens for the holiday season tonight from 5-10 p.m. and runs nightly (including Christmas) through Jan. 4. 

Hersheypark Christmas Candylane Event

A holiday tradition for more than 40 years, Hersheypark Christmas Candylane features the following only-in-Hershey experiences included with a ticket:

• Five million lights (the most of any amusement park in the state), including the NOEL light show synchronized to holiday music along Spring Creek
• Seven coasters and select family rides, including the holiday debut of Twizzlers Twisted Gravity (weather and maintenance permitting)
• Santa and all nine of his reindeer for guests to see in the themed Mary N. Bright Airfield
• NEW Twinkling Thru Time holiday show (the first since 2019) inside the heated Chevrolet Music Box Theatre and other holiday entertainment
• TREEville Trail with more than 20 decorated trees sharing stories of The Sweetest Place On Earth (opens Nov. 26)
• Holly Jolly Sweet Greets with the Hershey Characters in their winter apparel

Hershey Sweet Lights Drive-Through Attraction

Up the road from Hersheypark is the separately ticketed Hershey Sweet Lights presented by PPL drive-through Christmas light attraction. Guests can enjoy more than 500 illuminated, animated light displays along two miles of fields and wooded trails from the comfort of their car. Many displays follow unique themes, such as "The 12 Days of Christmas," an Enchanted Forest, Hersheypark rides and Hershey Bears hockey, as well as a region inspired by the Northern Lights.

Guests can save more than 45 percent on Christmas Candylane tickets when purchased on Hersheypark.com through this Sunday. The tickets purchased during the Christmas Candylane Pre-Sale offer are valid through Jan. 4, 2026.

Hershey Sweet Lights admission pricing varies depending on the date of visit and the type of vehicle. Please buy online for significant savings. Single cars (seats up to 8 people) range from $29.99 to $42.99 when purchased online. Vans (seats 9-15 people) are $59.15.
