The Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio is a great choice to celebrate a birthday! Located in the Hershey’s Chocolatetown region at Hersheypark, The Chocolatier features a wide variety of family fare with a fun spin and hints of chocolate in a setting that pays homage to Milton S. Hershey, his legacy and everything he created. Be sure to get something delicious from the dessert menu, like an Over-The-Top Hershey’s Chocolate Milkshake, a slice of The Chocolatier Cake or the Chocolate Fun-due! Overlooking the iconic Kisses Fountain and scenery of the Park, The Chocolatier has both indoor and outdoor dining options. Reservations can be made here. 

Spending your birthday at one of our fabulous resorts? The Hotel Hershey and Hershey Lodge are home to restaurants perfect for anyone’s birthday. The Circular, Trevi 5 and the all-new 1933 Restaurant and Tavern are all located at The Hotel Hershey, and each has unique and delicious food. Revelry Chophouse, Bar + Patio at Hershey Lodge makes for a perfect setting for a spirited evening of fine food and drinks. If you tell one of the resort locations that it is your special day, you just might receive a complimentary dessert with a sweet message! 

Devon Seafood + Steak and Houlihan’s Restaurant + Bar are also two great options in the heart of downtown Hershey! 

Have a Wild Birthday Party at ZooAmerica

Spend your special day with friends, family and your favorite furry friends with a birthday celebration at ZooAmerica North American Wildlife Park. Guests can choose from three birthday party packages, all of which include free admission to ZooAmerica for all 15 party guests plus the birthday child, a complimentary t-shirt for the birthday child, birthday decorations and a fun 20-minute animal program. The party host may bring cupcakes or cake, but other outside food and drinks are prohibited. 

Birthday parties are offered on weekends through May from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the Woodlands Classroom inside ZooAmerica. Birthday party offerings will return again this August, so stay tuned for more details if you want to book a party later this year.

If you’re interested in taking your birthday to the next level, cabana rentals inside The Boardwalk provide the ultimate relaxation - and direct access to the lazy river. Plus, guests can book a birthday package with ice cream cake, décor and a small souvenir.

Of course if you spend your birthday at Hersheypark, you have to enjoy a sweet treat to commemorate the occasion! Parkgoers can celebrate with all different sweet treats - from ice cream to over-the-top funnel cakes, Kettle corn and more.

Simply Chocolate in the Founder's Way region of Hersheypark is home to award-winning King Size Shakes! Big enough to share or eat by yourself since it’s your birthday, they are the perfect sweet treat for your special day. The 28 oz. milkshakes are topped with baked goods ranging from cupcakes and cookies to pretzels and pie slices. 

Milton’s Ice Cream Parlor is also a great option for birthdays, as you can customize your ice cream sundae AND have endless toppings.
