Foodie Guide to Spirit's Rooftop Bar at The Chocolatier 2025

The Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio is dusting off the cobwebs for the return of Spirit's Rooftop Bar during Hersheypark Halloween and Dark Nights. Located on the patio, guests can experience the haunted rooftop high above Hershey's Chocolatetown as they brave their way to the Dark Nights presented by Reese's and Kit Kat® haunted houses or calm their nerves on the way out of Hersheypark with a nocturnal nightcap. 

Spirit's Rooftop Bar is available starting at 4:30 p.m. during all Hersheypark Halloween and Dark Nights operating days from Sept. 12 through Nov. 2, 2025, weather permitting. Seating is first-come, first-served. Reservations are not accepted.

Spirit's Rooftop Bar Cocktails

Guests who dare to venture upstairs will find spirits both real and imagined. This year, Spirit's Rooftop Bar will feature ten new cocktail creations! The following cocktails are available for guests ages 21 and older.

• Transmission Fluid: Hidden Still Vodka, Blue Curacao, Cranberry Juice, Lime Juice, Starry Soda - Serves two
• Firebreather: Spiced Rum, Blackberry Liqueur, Lemon, Charred Orange Wheel, Fire Cube
• Toxic Waste: Corralejo Tequila, Melon Liqueur, St-Germain, Lime Juice, Ginger Beer, Tonic
• Spider Venom: Martell Cognac, Cherry Puree, Simple Syrup, Orange Bitters
• Cup O' Spirits: Wakame Miso Broth, Sake, Dry Vermouth, Lemon Juice, Soy Sauce, Sesame Seeds, Cucumber Water - Served warm
• The Inkmaster: Gray Whale Gin, Blue Curacao, Blackberry Liqueur, Lime Juice, Midnight Shimmer Glitter
• The Sleeping Spell: Jim Beam, Chamomile Tea, Lemon Juice, Peach Bitters, Edible Gold Flakes 
• Ember Witch Margarita: Corralejo Tequila, Mezcal, Lime, Agave, Pineapple Soda, Jalapeño Ice, Tajin Rim
• Bloody Mary, Bloody Mary: Hidden Still Vodka, House Mix, Gas Station Hot Dog, Jerky, Celery & Cheese Stick Garnishes
• Spirits on the Rooftop: Spiced Rum, Lime Juice, Mint Simple, Angostura Bitters, Brain Garnish

Along with these new creations, two fan-favorite spirits have returned for another year above the rooftops:

• Witch's Potion: Raspberry Vodka, Blue Curacao, Lime Juice, Starry, Blue Shimmer
• Graveyard Sunrise: Ghost Pepper Tequila, Blood Orange Puree, Orange Juice, Grenadine, Smoke Bubble

The younger goblins can enjoy Blood Bank Mocktails, available for purchase on the patio.

A selection of shareables is available to feed guests' fears while gargoyles watch over their every move.

• Lug Nuts (NEW): Cheesy Tots, Paprika & Black Cocoa “Rust”
• Gas Station Sushi (NEW): Spicy Tuna Salad, Nacho Cheese Crust, Toxic Mayo
• Twisted Nachos (NEW): Tortilla Chips, Shredded Beef Jerky, Cheese Sauce, Pork Rinds, Jalapeño, Hot Pickle Ranch
• Wheel of Misery: Tombstone Taquitos, Lug Nuts, Pickle Dip, Midnight Mozzarella Moons, Bacon Bites

Guests should save room for two all-new, dreadfully delicious desserts to satisfy their sweet tooth.

• Flamin' Midway Brownie: Chocolate Brownie, Vanilla Ice Cream, Caramel Sauce, Chocolate Skull, Spiced Rum - Torched Tableside
• Pit Stop Slush: Cherry Milkshake, Powdered Donut, Twizzlers Twists, Beef Jerky
