2025 Hersheypark Summer Foodie Guide

Hersheypark is open daily for summer fun starting May 22, and there's no better way to spend a Hersheypark Happy summer than by trying delicious new food and beverage items across the largest amusement park in Pennsylvania. 

This summer, we're giving guests more reasons to come back to Hersheypark for lunch and dinner. Don't miss out on the rotating burger of the month at East Coast Burger Works, a brand new lineup of Coaster Dogs and a selection of menu items inspired by the all-new Twizzlers Twisted Gravity giant swing. Add in a refreshed lineup of allergen and dietary restriction-friendly items throughout the Park, an exciting seasonal menu at The Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio and an all-new fresh donut menu at Milton's Ice Cream Parlor, and there's no shortage of new treats to sink your teeth into!

East Coast Burger Works

Located in The Boardwalk At Hersheypark water park, East Coast Burger Works offers a selection of half-pound burgers, with a rotating burger of the month! 

• Bacon Cheeseburger
• BBQ Burger

  • Texas Toast, Beef Burger, Strawberry Rosemary Jam, Maple Peppercorn Cream Cheese, Brown Sugar Bacon, Twizzlers Garnish
• Caribbean Salsa Burger - available June
  • Burger topped with Pepper Jack Cheese, Jerk Spiced Mayo, Mango Salsa, Arugula and Kettle Cooked Chips
• Black and Bleu Burger - available July

  • Burger topped with Swiss Cheese, Smoked Onion Ranch, Roasted Mixed Mushrooms, Crispy Onions and Arugula

Berks 

Grab a juicy hot dog or enjoy a signature Coaster Dog piled high with toppings at Berks in Pioneer Frontier! 

• Scrambler Dog
  • All beef footlong hot dog served with Lebanon Bologna Pepper Slaw, Grain Mustard Aioli and Kettle Chips
• Trailblazer Dog
  • All beef footlong hot dog served with Brisket Burnt Ends, Smokehouse Mayo and Crispy Onions
• Twisted Gravity Dog
  • All beef footlong hot dog served with Strawberry Rosemary Jam, Feta Cheese and Bacon Brittle

Wildcat's Revenge Beverages

Summer sips will be available at Wildcat's Revenge Beverages for guests 21 and older - some inspired by Twizzlers Twisted Gravity! This beverage location sits right outside of the main entrance to our award-winning hybrid coaster.

Milton's Ice Cream Parlor

All-new this summer, Milton's Ice Cream Parlor offers a reimagined menu featuring fresh donuts topped with fresh fruit, Hershey's candies and more in addition to your favorite ice cream creations. Guests with or without a Hersheypark ticket can dine at Milton's, given its location outside of the front gate.

Visiting our 121-acre amusement park for the first time this operating year during the summer? Not to worry - a selection of fan-favorite Spring Foods is returning by popular demand! Check out a few of the treats inspired by Twizzlers Twisted Gravity that will remain available this summer:

• Twisted Strawberry King Size Milkshake at Simply Chocolate
  • Strawberry shake with Twizzlers cookie crumb rim and pretzels, topped with a Twizzlers mousse pop
• Twisted Strawberry Sundae at Simply Chocolate
  • Strawberry and vanilla ice cream, strawberry sauce, vanilla chips, Twizzlers cookie crumb, whipped cream and a cherry
• Twisted Flight at Tower Fries
  • Fresh cut fries, vanilla ice cream, cherry cone dip and Twizzlers

Visit Hersheypark during the summer season to give these new food items a try. Summer at Hersheypark runs through Sept. 7. Hersheypark admission includes access to the largest coaster collection in the Northeast, The Boardwalk Water Park (open May 24 through Sept. 1), and ZooAmerica North American Wildlife Park when entering from inside the Park.
