Our team has implemented a variety of new safety initiatives to welcome our guests back to a fun and safe environment. These initiatives include enhancing our already stringent cleaning and sanitization protocols, supporting social distancing, managing capacity through a reservation system, requiring the use of face coverings, conducting temperature screenings and increasing team member training. The new Treatville location in The Boardwalk At Hersheypark provides a larger area with ground markings and signage to remind guests of appropriate social distancing requirements. Guests over the age of 2 must wear face coverings as they enter the area through a single entrance and exit to enjoy 10 themed stops with hand sanitizer available at each stop. Guests are not permitted to wear costume masks.  Team members will be wearing gloves and face coverings behind plexiglass as they distribute candy to children ages 12 and under directly into their bags.
