We may be forced to operate on a limited basis; however, don't assume that your group will not be needed. If your services are not required due to inclement weather, or any other operational reason, Hershey Entertainment Complex management will contact your group leader as early as possible. For this reason, we suggest you develop a “quick call” system within your group.

If your services are required and your group cancels or fails to report, you will receive no payment and will be removed from our list of program participants. In any event, please call the department in which you are scheduled to work if you have any questions.
