Welcome bags and cups are available for pickup at Ticketing Services, located just to the right of the Hersheypark main gate. Ticketing hours vary, so Season Pass Holders are encouraged to confirm them on the Hersheypark website or app before visiting.Tip: Only the primary Season Pass Holder on the account can pick up the Welcome Bags for other Pass Holders in their family, even if they aren’t present. Please ensure their Season Passes are available, either digitally or in physical form, at the time of pickup.
