Frequently Asked Questions

Groups will receive a shift fee (see agreement) per volunteer in the form of a check issued by Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. Payments are processed once a month and sent to the nonprofit organization. In addition each volunteer will receive a predetermined number of tickets. Each ticket is good for either: One (1) regular, one-day admission and parking for one vehicle to Hersheypark One (1) regular, one-day admission to ZooAmerica   Ticket(s) will be sent electronically to each volunteer after the completion of a volunteer shift.
