In the month ahead, the full-service restaurant, which offers sweeping views of Hersheypark amusement park, will feature a special limited-time deal on a popular menu item and introduce a curated lineup of savory entrees and decadent desserts in celebration of National Whiskey Day later in the month.

Ferris Wheel Fridays

Each Friday in March, guests can enjoy the iconic Ferris Wheel Sampler for just $25 with the purchase of an entree. Offering a taste of fun for everyone, this appetizer wheel includes hand-rolled Cuban Egg Rolls, Root Beer Glazed Bacon Bites, Fried Pickle Dip served with house-made Chips, Mozzarella Moons and Chicken Tenders.
This deal is limited to one Ferris Wheel Sampler per table and cannot be combined with any other discounts.
Beef and Bourbon Week
March 23-29
In a savory and spirited celebration of National Whiskey Day on March 27, The Chocolatier will debut a limited-time "Beef and Bourbon" menu. This unique culinary event will run for one week only, from Monday, March 23, through Sunday, March 29, 2026.
The menu is a carefully curated tribute to two classic American flavors, featuring exclusive dishes crafted from high-quality, locally sourced beef from Bow Creek Farm. Complementing the hearty fare is an assortment of expertly crafted whiskey- and bourbon-based cocktails, available for guests aged 21 and over. Even dessert has been thoughtfully integrated into this theme. The Beef Tallow Torte is an innovative take on a traditional dessert, using rendered beef tallow as a butter substitute in its components.
