This summer, Hersheypark amusement park invites you to experience fireworks of fun flavors! Pennsylvania’s largest amusement park is open daily through Sept. 7, offering countless opportunities to celebrate America’s 250th Birthday alongside us.

Foodies can enjoy a perfectly patriotic selection of red, white, and blue sips and eats created just for the occasion. Discover all the themed savory and sweet treats available across Hersheypark this summer and let the flavors ring!

King Size Shake at Simply Chocolate

Simply Chocolate dessert shop is the proud home of the iconic, award-winning King Size Shake! This season is the 10th birthday bash for this 28-ounce masterpiece, served in a souvenir mug and piled high with gourmet treats. To celebrate, Hersheypark offers a Birthday King Size Shake and just unveiled an exclusive July-only variation: the Star-Spangled King Size Shake. It's a patriotic twist on our classic vanilla shake, bursting with red, white and blue sprinkles and crowned with a decadent sugar cookie ice cream sandwich.

Hot Dog, Milkshake and Cocktails at The Chocolatier

The Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio is celebrating America's birthday with an exciting lineup of themed dishes, desserts and drinks! An exclusive for July, diners can enjoy the Liberty Dog topped with smoked cheddar cheese sauce, bacon jam and crispy onions on a brioche bun and served with fries and a pickle. Be sure to save room for dessert and try the Apple Pie Milkshake featuring a mini apple pie on top!

A wide selection of patriotic pours is waiting for guests 21 and older that can be enjoyed at our Carrousel Bar, Patio Bar or with your lunch and dinner throughout the restaurant. Experience classic American flavors in cocktail form with drinks like the Firecracker Margarita and the Liberty & Lime Old Fashioned. Enjoy a mini cocktail selection with “Freedom Flights” like the Summer In The States for even more unique flavors.

Reservations are available online and strongly encouraged for sit-down table service. Please note that reservations are not accepted to sit at our outdoor patio bar or the Carrousel Bar.

Apple Pie-Inspired Treats at Milton's Ice Cream Parlor

Inspired by Milton Hershey's early ventures in sweetness that came before his famous chocolate factory, Milton's Ice Cream Parlor in Hershey's Chocolatetown specializes in handcrafted ice cream and fresh-baked donuts. Celebrating America’s birthday, the menu features new, seasonal treats: Apple Pie ice cream, a festive Vanilla Donut with Red, White and Blue sprinkles, and an Apple Pie Donut complete with apple pie filling and a lattice crust.

For a cool treat on the go, visit Milton's Ice Cream Truck near the entrance to The Boardwalk water park for the signature Apple Pie In a Cup. The delicious sundae blends creamy vanilla ice cream with classic apple pie filling and is finished with a swirl of whipped cream.

Specialty Fudge at The Sweeterie Confectionery Kitchen

Also nestled within Hershey’s Chocolatetown, The Sweeterie Confectionery Kitchen offers a curated collection of mouth-watering confections. This summer, our expert confectioners have added a patriotic flair to our famous house-made fudge with the new Americana variety—a velvety vanilla fudge adorned with festive red, white and blue sprinkles.

Souvenir Drink Cup

Sip in stars-and-stripes style with this year's souvenir drink cup! Available at multiple locations throughout the Park, the cup features a red, white and blue design featuring your favorite Hershey Characters dressed in their festive best. With our All-Day Drink Deal, this souvenir cup can be used for free refills on the day of your purchase and $1 refills on all subsequent visits.

Drips and Refreshers in The Hollow

Drips and Refreshers is an all-new beverage location in The Hollow region of the Park with over-the-top beverages featuring Pepsi products. Don't miss the Red, White and Blueberry Bash with blueberry boba and lychee stars, Mountain Dew Code Red and cold foam for a refreshingly-revolutionary beverage option.
