2026 Hersheypark Season Pass Holder Spring Guide

We know how excited our Season Pass Holder family is to get back to coaster rides, Hershey Character selfies, strolls through ZooAmerica, sips of King Size Shakes and other unique offerings that make Hersheypark amusement park an unforgettable experience. The good news is that the wait is almost over - the 2026 Hersheypark operating season is set to kick off on April 3! 

As opening day draws near, we have developed this comprehensive guide of essential tips and helpful reminders specifically tailored for our most loyal guests like you. Our goal is to ensure you have all the necessary information at your fingertips to fully maximize your Hersheypark Happy experience throughout Spring Weekends and beyond. 

Go Digital With Your Season Pass

To enhance the efficiency and convenience of your Hersheypark visits, we strongly encourage all Season Pass Holders to use the digital Season Pass option for the 2026 season. Your digital Season Pass will serve as your essential credential for entry, parking, in-park purchases and benefits.

This transition to a digital-first approach means that Season Pass Holders, except for Pre-K Passes, no longer require a physical Season Pass ID card. Due to the specific validation requirements associated with a Pre-K Pass, a physical Pass ID card is still required. 

If you are a 2025 Season Pass Holder who renewed the same Pass type in 2026, you can reuse your existing digital Season Pass or physical ID card this year. However, if you only have a physical ID card, we suggest creating a digital one for future use by adding your Season Pass ID to the Hersheypark app. You can then access your digital Pass within the app, plus you can add it to your phone’s mobile wallet for even more convenience!

If you purchased a new-for-2026 Season Pass, you will receive an email link to upload your profile picture and activate your Season Pass. You do not need to wait in line to pick up a physical card. Simply follow these quick steps to upload your photo:

• Click the link in the email for each Season Pass Holder.
• Find a well-lit area and a neutral background.
• Remove any hats or sunglasses, and keep the shot focused on your head and shoulders.
• Take a photo of yourself, making sure you're close to the camera, centered, facing forward, and that no one else is in the frame.
• Once you have the best shot, upload it.
• Our team will reach out to you within 48 hours if your photo upload was unsuccessful. If a photo is rejected, the guest must stop at Ticketing Services to take a new one. 

Create Your Season Pass Holder Account 

The gateway to unlocking the full value of your Hersheypark Season Pass is the dedicated Season Pass Portal. Whether you are a new Pass Holder or a returning member of the Hersheypark family, you should create an account or sign in to this centralized hub well in advance of your first visit to ensure a smooth and enjoyable start to the season. Within the Portal, Pass Holders can currently link Season Passes, view digital Season Passes, redeem benefits and more.

Account Steps 

• To access the Season Pass Portal, Season Pass Holders should visit the dedicated Season Pass Holder page on the official Hersheypark website and click on the Season Pass Portal tab to be directed to the sign-in page. 
• New Season Pass Holders can click “Create Account” on the login screen and follow the form prompts on the next page to create a Season Pass Holder Account. 
• Next, you will link your Season Pass by entering your numerical Season Pass ID (found on your Season Pass order confirmation) on the final screen. 
• After successfully logging into the Season Pass Portal or creating an account, you will be directed to the Portal’s landing page, where you can view all of your digital Season Passes. 

Updating Payment Method

Currently, any Season Pass Holder who needs to update their payment information can do so online at https://spportal.hersheypa.com/login. You can log in using your Season Pass Portal user name and password, then select Payment Plans from the top navigation. Select the Season Pass you’d like to update, then click “Update Payment Method.” 

Tip: To enter Hersheypark, all you need to do is scan the QR code on your digital Season Pass at the gate.

Redeem Your Pre-K Pass Perk

2026 Full Size and King Size Season Pass Holders receive one free Pre-K Pass, and 2026 Giant Size Season Pass Holders receive two free Pre-K Passes as part of their perks. 

The free Pre-K Pass is available for a child who is under five years old and born on or after July 1, 2021. The qualifying child will receive unlimited visits to Hersheypark and ZooAmerica during the 2026 public operating season, plus 1-hour early Sweet Start access during the summer season and access to Season Pass Holder exclusive events. 

The Pre-K Pass activation vouchers have been loaded into the Season Pass Portal. Pre-K Passes must be redeemed by August 31, 2026. To redeem a Pre-K Pass, the Season Pass Holder should accompany the Pre-K child to a Ticketing window outside of the Hersheypark front gate, where they will be asked to present the voucher and show the Pre-K child’s government-issued birth certificate or a passport.

Please note that Pre-K Passes are non-renewable, and eligible children who had a Pre-K Pass in previous years will need to re-enroll for the 2026 operating year. 

Tip: Any guest who wants to use their Pre-K Pass to enter ZooAmerica before Pass redemption must present their confirmation email. 

Pick Up Your Welcome Bag and Drink Cups

King Size and Giant Size Season Pass Holders receive an All-Year Drink Plan with a cup and an appreciation bag containing an exclusive lanyard and magnet. If you have one of these two Season Pass tiers, you can pick up your welcome bag and drink cup at Ticketing Services now to avoid longer lines come April 3. 

Ticketing Services is temporarily located inside Hersheypark Supply Co. through March 15. Starting March 16, Ticketing Services will return to its regular location to the right of the main gate. Ticketing hours vary, so Season Pass Holders are encouraged to confirm them on the Hersheypark website or app before visiting. 

Tip: Only the primary Season Pass Holder on the account can pick up the Welcome Bags for other Pass Holders in their family, even if they aren’t present. Please ensure their Season Passes are available, either digitally or in physical form, at the time of pickup.

Activate or Reactivate Gaming Cards

For the 2026 season, Full Size, King Size and Giant Size Season Pass Holders receive a 15 percent discount at redemption across all games, including arcades and skill games, when they purchase and activate a Game Card.

Season Pass Holders can activate or reactivate a Game Card now at Ticketing Services. Starting April 3, Season Pass Holders who had a Game Card in 2025 can visit Overlook Arcade or Play Dome Arcade to complete a one-time reactivation on their Game Card to receive the 15 percent discount across all games, even if they activated the discount last year. Please bring the same game card to reactivate. New Game Card purchases will also need to be activated at one of the arcades to receive discounts.

Buy and Understand Your Season Pass Add-Ons

Season Pass add-ons are a great way to save time and money and make your Hersheypark visit even sweeter.

Season Pass Holders who would like to purchase a Dining Plan or Drink Plan separately from their Season Pass purchase or renewal may do so now through their Season Pass Portal. To purchase, log into the Season Pass Portal and select the Pass you wish to purchase the Dining or Drink Plan for. Then click “Redeemable Benefits,” which displays a list of eligible items to purchase.

Please note that Season Pass add-on pricing will increase after March 31, so Pass Holders are encouraged to purchase now for maximum savings. 

Dining Plans

Hersheypark offers two Season Pass All-Summer Dining Plans available for use every public operating day from April 3 through Sept. 7. 

The Season Pass All-Summer Twice-A-Day Dining Plan is $149 plus taxes and fees if you purchase by March 31. It includes two meals per day (one entree and one side), three hours apart, from a choice of up to 21 participating locations - more than last year. 

The Season Pass All-Summer Once-A-Day Dining Plan is $109 plus taxes and fees if you purchase by March 31. It allows Season Pass Holders to purchase a lower-priced Summer Dining Plan valid for one meal per day (one entree and one side) from a choice of up to 14 participating locations. Drinks are not included with Dining Plans.

To redeem a Dining Plan meal, Season Pass Holders just need to present their digital Season Pass for a team member to scan at the participating location.

Tip: Please note that if your Season Pass was not scanned at the front gate for entry, no plans or discounts can be processed. 

All-Year Drink Plan

The Season Pass All-Year Drink Plan allows Season Pass Holders to enjoy free refills on fountain drinks and Slush in an exclusive 2026 souvenir cup every 10 minutes during a visit.

King Size and Giant Size Season Pass Holders automatically receive the 2026 All-Year Drink Plan as a perk of their Season Pass. All-Year Drink Cups are included in the Welcome Bag, which is available now for pickup at Ticketing Services before the Park opens. 

Full Size and Bite Size Season Pass Holders can purchase the Season Pass All-Year Drink Plan separately for $54 plus taxes and fees by March 31. The price will increase after that date. The cups will be available for pickup starting April 3 at Ticketing outside the front gate, Guest Services right inside the front gate, or the HPGO+ building in Hershey’s Chocolatetown.

Tip: Pepsi Fast Fills can be used by scanning your digital Pass to fill any cup.

Season Pass All-Year Fast Track

All-Year Fast Track is the ultimate way for Season Pass Holders to get to the thrills faster! Season Pass Holders who purchase All-Year Fast Track will receive one Fast Track Unlimited each visit to skip the regular line on participating attractions all year long, including Dark Nights haunted houses. Limited quantities are available. The Season Pass All-Year Fast Track is $1,050 plus taxes and fees, but Giant Size Season Pass Holders get an exclusive price of $900 only when purchased on-site.

Season Pass All-Year Hershey Gardens and The Hershey Story Museum Plan

Season Pass Holders who are interested in visiting Hershey Gardens and The Hershey Story Museum can enjoy unlimited admission to both attractions all year long for $39.99 plus taxes and fees if you purchase by March 31. If you are interested in this specific add-on, you will need to visit Ticketing Services to obtain a physical card.

Use Your Season Pass Holder Perks and Rewards

As a Full Size, King Size or Giant Size Season Pass Holder, you can enjoy special monthly discounts, offers and sweet rewards all year long, as listed in the Season Pass Rewards & Events Calendar. To redeem your monthly rewards, you just have to show your Season Pass for scanning at the listed location.

As a reminder, Hersheypark Sweet Start is not offered during Spring Weekends. Full Size, King Size, Giant Size and Pre-K Pass Holders, plus guests of The Official Resorts of Hersheypark, can enjoy a selection of rides one hour before the Park opens from May 21 through Sept. 7. Bring-A-Friend ticket holders can also attend Sweet Start when accompanied by the Season Pass Holder.

Free Parking

Full Size, King Size and Giant Size Season Pass Holders receive complimentary parking during every visit. On any day during the 2026 season, head directly to our dedicated Season Pass Holder Lots (K and L) adjacent to the Hersheypark Stadium West Stand. Season Pass Holders looking to join us later in the day can park in lot N (the parking lot located between The Chocolatier and Hersheypark Stadium) after 2 p.m. daily on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bite Size Season Pass Holders receive 50 percent off general parking at Hersheypark when purchased online in advance. To receive 50 percent off, Bite Size Season Pass Holders must log in to their Season Pass Portal to purchase the discounted rate before each visit and present the parking voucher upon arrival at the parking booths. The discount is not available at the parking booths.

Free Hersheypark Tickets (Exclusively for King Size and Giant Size)

King Size and Giant Size Season Pass Holders receive free Hersheypark tickets (two for King Size and three for Giant Size) that can be accessed via the Season Pass Portal at the beginning of the 2026 season. These free tickets are valid on any public operating date through Jan. 3, 2027. They are not valid for admission to Season Pass Holder events, but may be used for Sweet Start access during the Summer season when entering the Park with an eligible Season Pass Holder. Season Pass Holders can use multiple free tickets on the same operating day if their available quantity allows. 

Season Pass Holder Lounge (Exclusively for Giant Size)

Giant Size Season Pass Holders receive other exclusive perks, including access to a Season Pass Lounge located next to the famous Ferris Wheel and nearby The Boardwalk At Hersheypark. The Giant Size Season Pass Holder Lounge is open every Hersheypark operating day for Giant Size Season Pass Holders and Pre-K Pass Holders linked to a Giant Size Season Pass.

Three Snack Vouchers (Exclusively for Giant Size)

Giant Size Season Pass Holders also get three free snacks! The snack vouchers are already loaded onto the Season Pass for scanning at a participating location. They are valid on any operating day during the 2026 public operating season for either one fountain beverage, one regular ice cream cone, one regular French fry or one bottled water from any dining location inside the Park, except at Milton’s Ice Cream Parlor, The Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio, Chick-fil-A and Chickie’s & Pete’s.

Free Daily Single-Use Fast Track (Exclusively for Giant Size)

Giant Size Season Pass Holders get a single-use, single-ride Fast Track each day they visit! To redeem, Giant Size Pass Holders should visit any HPGO Kiosk at Hersheypark and tap the Giant Size Season Pass icon in the upper right of the screen. Then, they can simply scan their Giant Size Pass, tap “Quick Print,” and their Fast Track wristband will be printed and ready to use at any participating attraction!

Bonus Single-Use Fast Track (Exclusively for King Size)

Don’t forget, anyone who purchased or renewed their King Size Season Pass prior to March 2 is eligible to receive a Single-Use Fast Track, which is valid for one-time use on a single participating attraction, on any one public operating day through June 18. The Fast Track voucher will be available in the Season Pass Portal before April 3.

Season Pass Holder Events

Full Size, King Size and Giant Size Season Pass Holders also get access to exclusive Season Pass Holder events throughout the Hersheypark season, including one this spring. Stay tuned to the Hersheypark Facebook page for more details coming soon!

Discounts Around Town

Even during the Hersheypark off-season, 2026 Season Pass Holders can show their Pass for year-round discounts around the town of Hershey. These discounts include: 

• Unlimited visits to ZooAmerica, $2 off zoo Bring-A-Friend tickets and 15 percent off retail
• 10 percent off dining at The Chocolatier, The Hotel Hershey, Hershey Lodge, Hershey Social and Devon Seafood + Steak
• 15 percent off spa services at MeltSpa by Hershey on Monday through Thursday
• 10 percent off spa services at The Spa At The Hotel Hershey on Monday through Thursday
• 15 percent off dining and shopping at Hershey’s Chocolate World
