of the park, our experienced staff will prepare a delicious meal
for the entire group to enjoy!

All group catering menus include:

Vegetarian and Kosher Options are available upon request. Choose
between vegetarian wraps or vegetarian burgers.
Themed Menus
HERSHEYPARK also offers specialty themed menus for the next step
in catering options. Menus require a minimum of 50 people and
a maximum of 300 people. These menus range in price from $20.00
to $30.00 per person and come complete with appetizers, entrees,
sides, and desert.
Preparing for your catered meal at HERSHEYPARK is easy!
1. Select the date and time that you would like to have your catered meal.
2. Select a meal option to accommodate your entire group (one main meal and two salads).
3. Call us at least 4 weeks in advance to reserve your picnic!
The sooner you call, the higher the likelihood of our accommodating
your request! Guaranteed meal count is required TWO weeks prior
to visit.
That's it! We'll take care of the rest! We will be in contact with you to review details. All you have to do is relax and enjoy a terrific picnic buffet!
A non-refundable deposit is required. Guaranteed meal count is required one week prior to visit. Full payment (based on guaranteed count or actual if higher) is due on day of event. Serving time is based upon group size. Catered meals are provided rain or shine. Minimum catered group size is 40 people.
Picnic Party:
 A semi-private catering event exclusively for groups of 20-75.
