Campground Information
Hershey Highmeadow Campground is located about 2 miles from Hersheypark. This full service campground is reserved exclusively for the Girl Scout Camp-O-Ree.
It features:
- Swimming pool
- Camp store
- Flush toilets
- Shower facilities
- Shaded sites
- Playground
Camp-O-Ree is primarily a tent camping event for Girl Scout troops and their families. In addition to tent camping, Hershey Highmeadow Campground has limited full hook-up sites and cabins. Log Cabins, Extended Log Cabins, and Deluxe Cabins are available on a first come, first serve basis. All Cabin Packages are for 2-nights and require a minimum order of 6 participants.
*Please note that all cabins are SOLD OUT for both 2011 Camp-O-Ree weekends.
Girl Scouts Own Ceremony & Swap
All Camp-O-Ree Participants are encouraged to attend. Scouts are recommended to bring 15-20 Swaps. Please arrive early & Don't forget your Troop Banner!
Hershey Highmeadow Campground reservations for Camp-O-Ree weekends are only accepted through Hersheypark Group Sales.
Sorry, the Camp-O-Ree event does not provide shuttle service to Hersheypark.
