It is our goal that every guest to Hershey, PA enjoys their time with us. To that end, Hersheypark offers services to help all of our guests have a memorable experience in The Sweetest Place On Earth. Before visiting Hersheypark, we encourage guests to review the 2014 Rider Safety & Accessibility Guide to understand the policies and procedures available.
Upon arrival to Hersheypark, we ask that guests please visit Hospitality Services located inside the Front Gate to enroll in our Ride Accessibility Program. Guests are asked to complete and sign the Ride Accessibility Questionnaire. The responses to that Questionnaire generate a Boarding Pass with a list of rides that guest can enjoy during their visit to the Park. Guests will also receive a wristband signifying their participation in the program which aids Hersheypark team members to identify a program participant in order to better assist that guest, whether on a ride or other areas within Hersheypark.
Guests are welcome to enter the Park with their own wheelchairs, but we ask that all guests enroll in our Ride Accessibility Program to receive exit clearance at our attractions.
For your convenience, you can download the Ride Accessibility Questionnaire if you would like to complete it prior to arriving at Hersheypark. Please bring your completed questionnaire to Hospitality Services.
