Burgers – Charbroiled plain on broiler
100 % beef steaks, chopped and formed, utilizing a blend of fresh and frozen 90’s lean beef and fresh choice trimmings. Formulated to be a 77/23 burger. Burgers will be frozen using nitrogen – IQF. American Foodservice products contain: No ** Additives/water and NO** defatted chopped beef.
