Burgers – Charbroiled plain on broiler
100 % beef steaks, chopped and formed, utilizing a blend of fresh
and frozen 90’s lean beef and fresh choice trimmings. Formulated
to be a 77/23 burger. Burgers will be frozen using nitrogen – IQF.
American Foodservice products contain: No ** Additives/water
and NO** defatted chopped beef.
D’Italiano Soft Kaiser Rolls - Enriched
wheat flour [flour, malted barley flour, reduced iron, niacin,
thiamin mononitrate(Vitamin
B1), riboflavin (Vitamin B2), folic acid], water, high fructose
corn syrup, yeast, soybean oil, wheat gluten, corn meal, salt,
