Shells

Tortilla Chips – White corn, vegetable oil (contains one or more of the following: cottonseed, corn, sunflower), salt; ontains no hydrogenated fats; gluten-free.

Edibowls – Bleached enriched wheat flour containing niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate (Vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), and partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, water.

Taco Shells – Enriched corn (corn processed with lime, niacin, iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), partially hydrogenated soybean oil, artificial flavor.

Flour Tortillas – Enriched wheat flour, (enriched with iron, niacin, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water soybean oil, salt, baking powder (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), mono and diglycerides, calcium propionate (preservative), fumaric acid, sodium bicarbonate, guar gum, potassium sorbate (preservative), and dough conditioner (L-Cysteine); Processed in a facility that uses wheat, soy and seeds.

Taco Fillings

Chicken Meat (for fajitas) – boneless, skinless chicken breasts with rib meat, water, seasoning [salt, maltodextrin, dehydrated onion and garlic, spices, natural flavors including smoke, whey, tocopherols], tapioca starch, soy protein concentrate and sodium phosphates; seasoned with Southwest Seasoning (Spices, onion, dextrose, salt, garlic, yellow corn flour, red bell pepper, red pepper, citric acid, jalapeno pepper, extractives of paprika, natural and artificial flavor, and silicon dioxide)

Refried Beans – Cooked beans, water, less than 2% of canola oil, salt, distilled vinegar, chili pepper, onion powder, spices, garlic powder, natural flavor.

Mexican Rice – Uncle Ben’s rice – precooked long grain rice enriched with iron (ferric orthophosphate), thiamin (thiamine mononitrate), and folate (folic acid); seasoned with Southwest Seasoning (Spices, onion, dextrose, salt, garlic, yellow corn flour, red bell pepper, red pepper, citric acid, jalapeno pepper, extractives of paprika, natural and artificial flavor, and silicon dioxide)

Toppings

Sour Cream – pasteurized milk and cream, contains less than 2% nonfat dry milk, mono and diglycerides, modified food starch, guar gum, locust bean gum, carrageenan, cheese culture, potassium sorbate (preservative), sodium citrate, enzymes. CONTAINS: MILK

Western Guacamole – Hass avocado, water, red bell pepper, spices (including jalapeno), salt, sugar, dehydrated onion, erythorbic acid and or ascorbic acid (to maintain natural color), dehydrated garlic, sodium alginate, xanthan gum, citric acid.

Lettuce and Tomato – Fresh, no preservatives.

Sweet Peppers – Peppers, water, distilled vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, salt, calcium chloride, preserved with benzoate of soda.

Jalapeno Peppers – Jalapeno peppers, water, vinegar, salt, sugar, calcium chloride, garlic powder, onion powder, natural and artificial flavors, colored with turmeric extractives.

Sliced Ripe Olives – Sliced ripe olives, water, salt, and ferrous gluconate.

Shredded Mild Cheddar Natural Cheese – pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes and annatto (if colored), potato starch, and powdered cellulose, added to prevent caking

Jalapeno Cheese – Cheese whey, skim milk, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, aged cheddar cheese, (milk, salt, culture, enzymes), food starch-modified, jalapeno peppers, sodium phosphate, salt, sodium stearoyl lactylate, sodium citrate, distilled vinegar, mono and diglycerides, natural flavor, annatto color, disodium inosinate, FD&C yellow #6.

Hot Sauce – Peppers, vinegar, and salt.

Taco Sauce (packet) – Water, tomato paste, corn syrup, vinegar, salt, sugar, modified cornstarch, spice, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate (preservatives), xanthan gum, artificial colors, natural flavor.

Taco Sauce (Ortega) –Tomato puree (water, tomato paste), water, distilled vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, salt, modified corn starch, spices, chili powder, citric acid, sodium benzoate (to preserve freshness), xanthan gum, onion powder.

Salsa – tomato concentrate (water, tomato paste), diced tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, green chiles, yellow chiles, vinegar, salt, dried onion, dried garlic, cilantro, natural flavor

Ken’s Buttermilk Ranch Dressing – Soybean oil, water, buttermilk, vinegar, corn syrup, egg yolk, buttermilk solids (milk), salt, contains less than 2% of: onion, monosodium glutamate, garlic, xanthan gum, lactic acid, polysorbate 60, potassium sorbate as a preservative, phosphoric acid, propylene glycol alginate, spices.
