Mrs. T’s ‘Rogies – Water, Enriched Flower
(flour, niacin, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid), dehydrated
potato (potatoes, mono & diglycerides, sodium acid pyrophosphate,
citric acid), dehydrated cheese (cheddar cheese [pasteurized
milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes], maltodextrin, whey, salt,
disodium phosphate, yeast, partially hydrogenated soybean oil,
annatto, citric acid, turmeric), eggs, margarine (liquid soybean
oil, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, water, salt, vegetable
mono & diglycerides, lecithin, sodium benzoate, artificially
flavored, colored with beta carotene [a source of vitamin A],
vitamin A palmitate added), salt, dehydrated onions, spices.
Funnel Cakes – Enriched wheat flour (niacin, reduced iron,
thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin), folic acid, sugar, partially
hydrogenated vegetable shortening (soybean and/or cottonseed),
nonfat milk, egg yolk, natural flavor, leavening (sodium acid
pyrophosphate, baking soda), monoglycerides, salt.
Fries – Potatoes, partially hydrogenated vegetables shortening
(soybean oil and/or canola oil), modified food starch, rice flour,
dextrin, salt, leavening (disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate,
sodium bicarbonate), dextrose, xanthan gum.
Chicken Breast Diced Fritters (Popcorn chicken) – Rib
meat, 20% sol h2o, salt, sodium phosphates Breaded with: bleached
wheat flour, yellow corn flour, salt, spices, leavening (sodium
bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium acid pyrophosphate,
monocalcium phosphate), nonfat dry milk, dried whey, soy flour,
dried whole eggs, sodium alginate, partially hydrogenated soybean
oil, dextrose, garlic powder, mono and diglycerides and dried
yeast. Battered with: Water, wheat flour, yellow corn four, dried
whey, dextrose, spices, salt, leavening (sodium bicarbonate,
sodium aluminum phosphate), sodium alginate, soy flour, oleoresin
paprika, nonfat dry milk, dried whole eggs.
*There is the possibility that all food items could be fried
together.

HERSHEY’S Chocolate Syrup - High fructose corn syrup,
